RETURN / REFUND POLICY
At La Bella Baskets and Gifts, your satisfaction is our priority, and we understand that these are gifts meant to bring joy to someone special. We care deeply about making sure each gift is delivered on time and that the recipient is happy for the occasion it's meant to celebrate.
While many of our items, such as cookies and perishable goods, cannot be returned, we are committed to making things right if something goes wrong. Here’s how we handle returns and replacements:
Perishable Items (Chocolates Covered Treats, Meat and Cheese, Cookies, Baked Goods, etc.):
Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us right away. We’ll take care of it promptly.
All Gift Baskets:
If you received the wrong gift basket, we will immediately reship the correct one and provide a return label for the incorrect item.
Personalized Gifts:
- If La Bella Baskets and Gifts made an error in the personalization or shipped the wrong item, we will ship the correct one at no cost to you.
- If the incorrect personalization was entered by the customer, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for those orders. Please make sure you enter the correct personnel information before you click submit. If you realize that you have made an error, please contact us right away, and we will correct it. 212-234-2969
Reporting Issues:
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- All issues must be reported immediately upon delivery.
- Items eligible for return must be received by us within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds & Replacements:
While we do not typically offer refunds, we will always do our best to replace or correct your order. Our goal is to ensure your gift is delivered on time, in perfect condition, and brings happiness to the recipient, just as you intended.
