La Bella Baskets Program Agreement

Welcome to LaBellaBaskets.com. By visiting or purchasing at LaBellaBaskets.com, you accept these conditions and agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement"). Please read them carefully. Your use of our services and participation in the La Bella Baskets Member Program (the "Program") is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

SPAM Policy

Sending unsolicited emails is prohibited. We do not tolerate spamming. If you violate this policy, your account will be terminated immediately and all affiliate commissions will be forfeited.

Participation in the Program

Your participation in the Program is based on good faith. We reserve the right to terminate your membership if we determine that your representation and sites are unsuitable for the Program. Unsuitable sites include those promoting explicit material, violence, discrimination, illegal activities, or violations of intellectual property rights.

Payments and Fees

You agree to pay a monthly service fee of $25.00 for our services. Payments are billed every month and are non-refundable. Commissions will continue to be paid during a 30-day cancellation notice period

Affiliate's Commission

Affiliate commissions, if applicable, will be paid twice per month. We deduct corresponding affiliate commissions for returned transactions. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information. All tax liabilities incurred due to commission payments are your responsibility.

Account Cancellation Process

To cancel your account, please submit a request to bankingandcredit@labellabaskets.com. Your account will remain active for 30 days from the date the email is received. Commissions due during this period will be held until the next commission due date after deactivation.

Responsibility for Your Marketing

ou are solely responsible for the development and marketing of any affiliate sites not authorized by La Bella Baskets. You must ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of materials posted on your sites and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We disclaim all liability for your marketing efforts.

By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
