  • Who may participate in the La Bella Baskets Program?

  • Are taxes withheld from my commissions?

    As an independent contractor, no taxes are withheld from your twice-monthly commissions earned. In January of the following year, you will receive Form 1099-NEC (Nonemployee Compensation) to report any income of $600 or more. This form will be provided to you for tax reporting purposes.

    ** Once you join La Bella Baskets and Gifts you are not employed, you agree that you are a self-employed, non-exclusive independent contractor who is authorized to market and sell La Bella Baskets and Gifts, gift Items in the United States.**

  • What is La Bella Baskets and Gifts responsibility to you?

    Our primary responsibility is to ensure that you have the gifts you need and that they are shipped to you or your customers promptly. We can ship directly to either you or your customer, depending on your preference. Additionally, we are committed to equipping you with all the necessary tools and resources to thrive as a Gift Consultant. Your success is our priority, and we're here to support you every step of the way.

  • Are there any ongoing fees?

    Our company requires a small overhead fee of $25.00 monthly, which covers your LBB membership. Your LBB membership entails the following benefits:

    1. La Bella Rewards Program: Gain access to exclusive discounts and special offers in travel, entertainment, and essential products and services. Enjoy savings on home essentials, electronics, streaming services, apparel, food delivery, educational programs, automotive, health and wellness, and much more.

    2. For personal orders, Gift Consultants receive discounts ranging from 30% to 35%

    3. Your Own La Bella Baskets and Gifts Website and Store, stocked with a variety of beautiful gifts.

    4.La Bella Baskets Training Site: Access to comprehensive training materials to guide you on your path to success.

    5.Join our private community group where we exchange ideas, connect with our Gift Consultants, and foster a close-knit family community.

    This membership fee ensures that you have access to essential tools and resources to thrive as a Gift Consultant.

  • Does La Bella Baskets reimburse me for any ongoing expenses of promoting the program?

    No, La Bella Baskets and Gifts does not reimburse you for any ongoing expenses related to promoting the program. As a La Bella Baskets Gift Consultant, you are responsible for covering all of your expenses. You will be compensated through commissions based on the finalized sales that you generate and team-building bonuses. It's essential to keep track of your expenses and ensure that they align with your business goals and budget.

  • When do I get paid?

    You will receive payments on the 1st and 15th of each month. Direct Deposit is available for your convenience. It's important to note that La Bella Baskets and Gifts cannot pay commission on tax and shipping charges collected; commissions will only be paid on the item price. Please ensure that you're aware of this policy when calculating your expected earnings. ** If the 1st or the 15th land on a holiday or weekend you will be paid the next business day!

  • How do I keep track of how much money I'm making with your program?

    To keep track of your earnings with our program, you can utilize your back-end dashboard. Every time a gift order is placed through your website, your dashboard will automatically log the transaction, allowing you to monitor your gift sales commissions and team-building bonuses. We recommend checking your dashboard regularly, ideally daily, to stay updated on your earnings and track your progress within the program. This provides you with transparency and enables you to manage your business effectively.

  • What if I have no sales experience?

    If you have no sales experience, don't worry! It might surprise you to know that many of our most successful Gift Consultants have never sold anything before joining our program. What truly matters is your passion for gifts and your desire to help people save money. If you love what you do and are dedicated to providing excellent service to your customers, you can succeed in this business.   • Can I cancel at any time if this business is not for me?

    Yes, you have the flexibility to cancel your participation in the La Bella Baskets and Gifts Program at any time if you find that it's not the right fit for you. Simply notify our banking & credit department at bankingandcredit@labellabaskets.com during their operational hours (Monday through Friday, 9 am to 3 pm Eastern time), and they will assist you with the cancellation process. Upon cancellation, you will have no future obligations, and you will receive a confirmation once your account has been successfully canceled. We understand that circumstances may change, and we respect your decision to explore other opportunities.
