I’m Dr. Retha Stewart, Ph.D.,
and this space was created with you in mind. I earned my doctorate in Forensic Psychology from Walden University, where my work was
grounded in the mission of social change,
using knowledge, compassion, and advocacy to improve lives and
challenge stigma.
My journey has led me to expand my practice
beyond traditional psychology. I also hold credentials from Trinity College of Natural Health as a Doctor of Naturopathy, Board-Certified Drugless Practitioner (BCDP),
Certified Life Coach, and Ordained Minister. Often simply called Dr. Retha, I’ve had the privilege of working
with individuals, families, and communities from many different walks of life,
all carrying unique stories that deserve to be heard and honored.
What matters most to me is promoting emotional wellness, self-awareness, and
healing—especially in spaces where silence, shame, or misunderstanding
have lingered far too long. My work centers on helping people find their voice,
reclaim their power, and engage in conversations that truly matter.
I’m the author of So I’ve Had Sex… Now What! a reflective journal created to
support and empower young women through self-discovery and informed choices. My
scholarly and creative work also includes Why
Boys and Men Do Not Report Mental or Physical Abuse Perpetrated by a Female,
Sacred Intimacy: Exploring Sexuality in the
Church, and My Voice, My Choice: A Guide
to Conversations That Matter. Each project reflects my commitment to
reducing stigma, fostering understanding, and encouraging honest, healing
dialogue.
As you explore this space, I invite you to
slow down. Grab a piece of chocolate, enjoy a cookie, or imagine yourself
wrapped in the calm of a spa day with the fragrance of flowers. This is a place for reflection, growth, and
enlightenment—without pressure, without judgment. If you feel you need more support or guidance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Welcome
to a journey of insight, compassion, and self-care. You deserve it. 💛
