OUR GUARANTEE:

Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Every gift arrangement we ship is warranted to have the look and value represented on our site. If you or your gift recipient are not completely satisfied with the quality of the delivered product or if it was damaged in transit, it will be replaced. In some cases,we will offer a partial credit or full refund. If a full refund is demanded, we may at our discretion, ask that the item be returned. If a gift is to be shipped to a HOSPITAL, HOTEL, COLLEGE, or any similar locations, where delivery is attempted to the street address provided by the sender, on the date specified, there is no guarantee that the package will be delivered to the intended recipient or company. We assume no liability for product that is lost within the delivery building, fails to be delivered by the employees or arrives after the recipient has vacated the premises. We do not offer any guarantee under these circumstances.

Payment:

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. Your credit card will be charged at the point of purchase online.

Returns:

All products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced or refunded if they arrive damaged. (We reserve the right to have the gift inspected by the carrier.) Due to the perishable nature of our gift selections, please do not return the item. If the gift you received does not meet your expectations, please report it within three (3) business days of receipt for a replacement or a complete refund.:

Claims for credit, due to incorrect address information will not be honored. Furthermore, customers will incur any additional fees charged by the carrier for address corrections.

A complete shipping address includes:

* Recipient’s first and last name

* Company address (if applicable)

* Street name and number

* Floor- Suite – or Apartment number

* Accurate zip code

* Recipient’s telephone number

Late-Delivery:

A limited guarantee is implied for all 2-day and overnight shipments. If the parcel carrier fails to deliver your package on the requested day, your shipping charges will be refunded. Our refund policy does not cover:

* Acts of God (includes weather),

* An act of war

* Ground shipments (arrival dates are estimated)

* High seasonal shipping volume (such as Christmas)

Substitutions:

We offer a wide variety of fresh and seasonal products. At times, Mother Nature can be unpredictable. If due to crop failure or poor weather conditions a particular flower, plant, or color choice is not available, we reserve the right to substitute with another fresh selection of equal or greater value. At times, certain gift basket components may become unavailable or discontinued. As with fresh products, we reserve the right to make substitutions with items of equal or greater value.

Shipping:

We offer numerous shipping options. * UPS Ground and Fed-Ex Ground

* Over-night

Currently, all gift baskets and flowers are shipped UPS or Fed-Ex Ground . Arrival dates for ground shipping are estimated and depending upon the destination will vary between 2-5 business days. Weekends and Holidays are not counted when determining the number of days in transit. To insure freshness, cut flowers must be shipped Over-night.  All other gift selections are shipped by ground.

Overnight Orders placed by 11 noon EST are shipped out the same day. Overnight Orders placed after 11 noon EST are shipped the next business day. For example, if you place an overnight order after 11 noon on Friday, or Saturday or Sunday that order would not ship until the following Monday.

All ground orders are guaranteed to ship within one business day in other words 24-48 hours. Ground orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day. Ground orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship either Monday or Tuesday

We ship MOST of our items to the following destinations:

* P.O. Box
* APO / FPO (military addresses)

We do not ship to:

* Alaska & Hawaii
* Internationally

Also, state agricultural restrictions in Arizona and California prevent shipping certain plant material. Our order entry system will identify the restricted items.
